The nozzle must be turned on Position to spray fully. If most of the product has been used, most likely the siphon tube is pointing in the wrong direction. For regular trigger sprayers (24 and 32 oz) simply turn the cap/base of the sprayer 180 degrees (half circle) For the nested sprayers they will need to remove the cap and turn 180 degrees then replace the cap. The siphon tube should be pointing towards the front of the bottle. Hold the container at a forward angle when spraying to ensure that the product can be easily siphoned from the container. Potentially simply needs re-primed, hold the container above (higher) than the sprayer, and press the trigger several times. Has the sprayer been used before? The product may have crystallized in the sprayer tip, soak the nozzle in warm water for 10-15 minutes, this should dislodge any residue on the tip Is the siphon tube still attached to the cap? Consumers can carefully remove the lid to check. Is the cap too tight so that air is unable to get into the bottle? May just need to turn the cap slightly (¼ turn or even less) so air can flow more easily into a container which will allow the product to be sprayed.
