ECOWITT WH51 Soil Moisture Sensor Soil Humidity Tester – Accessory Only, Can Not Be Used Alone

Ecowitt soil moisture meter measures soil moisture content quick and accurate. The data can be streamed by GW1000 Wi-Fi Gateway(sold separately) and can be viewed on our WS View mobile application after the Wi-Fi configuration done.

Features:
1.Measures moisture content of soil.
2.No display, need to work with GW1000 WIFI gateway(sold separately) to complete the WIFI configuration on our WS View App.
3.After the WIFI configuration, the live soil moisture data can be viewed directly on the WS View App.
4.With 0%AD and 100%AD custom mode to manually calibrate the low/high moisture value so that you can get more accurate result for different soil types
5.The GW1000 Gateway(sold separately) supports MAX 8 WH51 Soil Moisture Sensors. Note: Please download the latest WS View App and update the firmware to V1.4.6 to add multi-channels sensors; each new sensor will be recognized as a new channel according to the Power-on sequence. And please don’t forget to attach a label of the channel on each sensor for distinction.

Important Tips:
1. Do not touch the stone or hard rock soil, if the soil is too hard and dry, easy to damage the sensor.
2. Design for testing soil ONLY.
3. It is recommended to insert the sensor totally into the soil and keep it in the soil for 2-3 minutes to get accurate readings.
