Most new products, if they remain in their unopened packaging, can be returned within a 30-day period for a full refund.

How do I ask for a product replacement?
Replacements are available only for the exact item and version you originally bought. The faulty product must be returned within 30 days. If you’re looking to swap it for another item, you’ll need to return the first one and place a new order.

Our returns and refunds policy is valid for 30 days post-purchase. Beyond this period, we’re unable to provide a refund or exchange.

For a successful return, ensure the product is unused, remains in the state you received it, and retains its original packaging.

There are certain products we can’t accept returns for. This includes perishable items like food and flowers, as well as newspapers and magazines. We also exclude intimate/sanitary items, dangerous substances, and items that can easily catch fire.
