The unit plugs directly into a truck or car cigarette lighter or a 12-volt accessory outlet. That way, your tools are always charged up and ready to work anytime, anywhere.
And with this one multi-voltage device, you can recharge all Dewalt batteries ranging from 7.2 to 18 volts, including NiCad, nickel metal hydride, and lithium-ion packs. (Not for use with Univolt batteries.) It features an automatic shut-off that prevents excessive discharge of the vehicle’s battery.
